Description

The Talent Acquisition Officer is responsible for supporting the talent acquisition strategies for flyadeal, assisting in sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified applicants, contributing to a diverse talent pool to meet the organization's staffing needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the onboarding process of newly recruited candidates, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
  • Collaborate with various departments to coordinate and schedule orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Act as a point of contact for new employees, providing guidance and support during their initial onboarding phase.
  • Ensure all necessary new-hire paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate the introduction of new employees to company policies, culture, and procedures.
  • Support the development and maintenance of onboarding materials, such as handbooks, training manuals, and other relevant resources.
  • Gather feedback from new hires to continuously improve the onboarding experience and integrate suggested enhancements into the process.
  • Work closely with HR and department heads to assess the effectiveness of onboarding programs and make recommendations for improvements.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR management, corporate management or any other relevant field
  • Fresh graduate.

  • Stress tolerance.
  • Arabic and English Language fluency
